Terms of Purchase – DuoShave

Ordering When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes information about products, prices, billing and delivery address. If anything is incorrect in the confirmation, please contact us immediately at: duoshavecontact@gmail.com

Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done on the same day the purchase was made and before customer service closes. We cannot cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the item is out of stock or for other business-related reasons. The customer will be notified in such cases and will not be charged or will be refunded.

Cancellations on Holidays and Bridge Days Cancellations made during public holidays, red days, or bridge days are not accepted. During these days, the order is considered binding, as we are unable to manage customer service in real time.

Cancellations must be made on regular business weekdays and before the order has been processed or shipped. If a cancellation request is received on a holiday or bridge day, the order may still proceed to packing or shipping and therefore cannot be cancelled.

Examples of such days include, but are not limited to:

  • New Year’s Day, Epiphany

  • Good Friday, Easter Monday

  • Ascension Day and the adjacent Friday

  • National Day (if it falls on a weekday)

  • Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day

Delivery Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. Delays may occur due to high demand on our shipping partners. This is beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding. If delivery is delayed without prior notice, please contact us at duoshavecontact@gmail.com. Note that the customer may be responsible for customs and VAT upon import.

Taxes, Customs & Import Duties DuoShave sells products without Swedish VAT (25%) since items are shipped directly from suppliers outside the EU. By purchasing, you as the customer are the legal importer and responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, and other taxes that may be applicable when the item enters Sweden.

We do not cover these additional costs, and they are not included in the price listed on our website.

By completing a purchase at DuoShave, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are the recipient and importer of the product.

  • You may be charged import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees by the carrier.

  • We recommend checking the current rules with the Swedish Customs Office or your local customs authority before ordering.

Prices We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in purchasing costs, currency fluctuations, or printing errors.

Right of Withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the law, starting from the day you receive your item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us at duoshavecontact@gmail.com. Include your name, address, email, order number, and which products you wish to return.

  • Products must be returned promptly and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the item is returned undamaged, preferably in original packaging.

  • If the item is used or damaged, deductions may be made for depreciation.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

  • Custom-made items or products with a clearly personalized nature.

  • Fully delivered services after explicit approval.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food).

  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims All items are inspected before shipping. If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will, at no cost, correct the error according to consumer protection law.

To file a complaint:

  • Contact us immediately at duoshavecontact@gmail.com and provide your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.

  • Returns are only accepted after approval.

  • If the complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping.

  • We follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) – see arn.se.

Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product. We also accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government action, or failure of suppliers to deliver.

Product Information We reserve the right for any typographical errors and sold-out items. Color deviations may occur due to screen settings. We strive to display products as accurately as possible.

DuoShave is made from skin-friendly materials with a focus on safety, comfort, and ergonomics. The user is responsible for assessing any sensitivities to metal, plastic, or pressure on the skin.

If you experience discomfort, irritation, or any negative reaction, discontinue use immediately. Keep the product out of reach of children.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At DuoShave, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you’re not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it and get your money back.

Please note the following terms:

  • The product must be in unopened original packaging for hygiene reasons.

  • The product must not have been used or opened.

  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To take advantage of the guarantee, you can purchase two units: try one and return the other unopened if not satisfied.

Unclaimed Packages Unclaimed packages are considered completed purchases. The customer is responsible for shipping, return, and handling fees. No refunds will be given for unclaimed deliveries. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued after the return has been received and approved.
